Fairy Wishes ...

Good afternoon. I'm popping in to share a card I created
which is Clean & Simple (CAS).

Talk about waiting until the last minute, as the challenge
closes tonight at 11:59 pm EDT. That has been my life lately.

This beautiful image is a Pixie called Kawaii Fairy! I just love her.
She was colored with Copic Markers. The stars and sentiments
are from the YNS Mini Greetings Clear Stamp Set, and
I did some doodling between the stars.
Hope you like my CAS creation!
Have a marvelous week!

A Whimsy Goodbye ...

Today is my last post over on the Whimsy Stamps Inspiration Blog
The current Design Team Term is ending and I have decided not to stay on.

The past couple of months have provided many changes in my life,
and those changes have restricted my crafting time.

These are good changes and I'm very excited about what my future holds.

So for today's Inspiration post I'm sharing some of my favorite projects
that I created while part of the Whimsy Digital Design Team.

I hope you will stop by and have a look!

Thanks for stopping by!

Operation Write Home ...

This is my third post today, so please scroll down for
the YNS FUN Friday Challenge #13 and Whimsy Stamps.

I have mentioned on several occasions that when I create my cards they are
designed to the specifications for Operation Write Home

I have tried selling my cards with not much luck. So if I'm
not going to personally use the cards I create for the various
Design Teams I'm on, or just for fun,
they are made for Operation Write Home.

That being said, last week I received an email stating that OWH
was going to showcase the box that I shipped
off 2-weeks ago on OWHtv.

How cool is that?
I'm truly honored that they shared this video with their followers.

Operation Write Home is an amazing organization, and I'm
proud that I can help bring a smile to the faces of loved ones
while their family is apart.

Thanks for stopping by!
Until next time ... Enjoy!

Happy Birthday ...

This is my second post today,

I'm over on the Whimsy Stamps Inspiration Blog today sharing a project

He was colored with Copic Markers. I hand cut the oval
by tracing a oval Nestabilities Die around the image,
leaving part of the image hanging over the edge.
Once done Distress Ink was applied around the edges.
The sentiment is one of many available in the
Whimsy Clearly Simple Sentiments Stamp Set.

YNS Fun Friday Challenge #13 ...

Good morning and Happy Friday!
I've been crazy busy making 70 Baby Shower Invitations. Looking
forward to when they are finished and mailed. Don't get me wrong, I am
super excited about becoming a grandmother for the first time.
Once the invitations have been mailed at the beginning of July
I will share with you here.

Now for a bit of inspiration for the YNS Fun Friday Challenge 13

This adorable chick is called Chirp. Copic Markers were used to color
the image. Once colored I I hand cut the rectangle by tracing one of the dies
in the YNS Journal Card Bracket Insert Die Set around the image,
leaving part of the image hanging over the edge.
I used the other Die in the set to create the layered backdrop for Chirp.
Once I layered all of the pieces together I popped on some
YNS Sparkly Coral Red Gumdrops.
I based my design on this months YNS Sketch.

Now for the YNS Inspirational Photo's.

Head on over to the YNS Challenge Blog to check out
what the rest of the Designers created to inspire you!

The lovely Coraline ...

Good morning! I'm hosting the Artbymiran Blog today and the card I created features the elegant Digital Stamp called Coraline!

Coraline is such a stunning image isn't she.
She was colored with my Copic Markers.
I added some beautiful DP that I got as a blog candy prize
a while back to the White Front Stair Step Card from Paper Cut.
The black ribbon/lace is part of the Recollections Signature Special Border,
and the White Pearls & Rhinestone Strip is from Want2Scrap.
Once the background was complete I attached Coraline, and then
added white pearls to the DP surrounding her and under the lace.
