Good afternoon. Today I have an adorable water-colored card to share with you featuring products from Rubbernecker Stamps.
I used my Zig Clean Color Markers again, and this time colored the adorable Bunch of Bears (1045). I stamped the image on Strathmore Watercolor Paper with Ranger Jet Black Archival Ink. I put the ink I wanted to work with on my pallet, pulled the colors with a paintbrush and water to paint my image. This image was so much FUN to work with. Once dry I cut it out using one of the Nested Rectangle Stitch Dies (5007D), and layered it on my blue stitched mat.
The background/DP was created by me using RN Watercolor Paper, Ken Oliver Color Burst Brights, and a Mini Spray Bottle which I then cut out with one of the Stitched Dies. Once all of the layers were put together I added the sentiment from the Best Friends Etc. Set (3032). I cut the sentiment apart for my design, and adhered it with 3D Foam Squares.
My design for today's card was inspired by a Tuesday Morning Sketch (shown below) from August.
