Tea Cups Birthday Wishes ...

Good afternoon. Today I have a lovely water-colored card to share with you featuring products from Rubbernecker Stamps.

I picked up some Zig Clean Color Markers at the Scrapbook Expo last month, and chose the lovely Stack of Tea Cups (1048) for my first play with these markers. I stamped the image on Strathmore Watercolor Paper with Ranger Jet Black Archival Ink. I put the ink I wanted to work with on my pallet, pulled the colors with a paintbrush and water to paint my image. It was a tricky image to work with, but I had a lot of FUN coloring it.

Using two (2) of the RN Nested Rectangle Stitch Dies (5007D) I made the frame with purple cardstock, and applied the frame to my image with 1/8" Scor-Tape. The Happy Birthday Sentiment (565-23) was added to the lower right corner inside of the frame. I cut the final panel on an angle, attached it to my cardbase with 3D Foam Tape, and added some Enamel Dots.
