Sassy Studio Designs April Release Blog Hop ...

Hello, and welcome to the Sassy Studio Designs April Release Blog Hop.  This is my first Blog Hop as a Designer for SSD, and I'm so happy to be here!  This months images were inspired/requested by you, our awesome Sassy Fans!

Now, if you arrived at my blog from the very talented Designer Regan you're on the right track.  If you just arrived, head on over to Sassy Studio Designs Blog so you can start at the beginning!
I get to share my design using the "Kim Kutie Roller Sassy".  This Sassy Lady is named after Kim Kutie who suggested her!  My design is very CAS.  Kim was colored with Copic Markers, and then I applied several different shades of Tim Holtz Distress Ink around her.  The sentiment is from the It's OK Stamp Set by Ali Edwards (Technique Tuesday).

Now for the question of the day ...
  • My favorite tool would have to be my Fiskars Fingertip Blade.  I normally do a LOT of fussy cutting when I work with my Sassy images and using this blade gives me more control when I'm cutting them out.  Especially, those hard to cut areas!
  • My least favorite tool would have to be my Heat Gun!  I always have problems heat embossing images, and it takes me many times until the image looks good enough to use on a project.  A lot of waste happens when I decide to heat emboss. LOL!
Now, it wouldn't be a Blog Hop without prizes right!  All you have to do to qualify for one of the prizes is comment on all of the Designers blogs today.  Here is a list of the Designer so you don't miss anyone.

I love how you did your background paper! Very creative! I still haven't mastered heat embossing either, in fact I'm a little intimidated by it. Someday, when I have lots of spare time....right, lol!
