Feel better ...

Good afternoon. Today I'm on the road home from a Craft Retreat in St. Louis. I had an amazing time and will share what we made, and all the details later in the week. For today I have a Get Well card to share that features Rubbernecker Stamps.

I wanted to use a different medium for coloring other than my Copic Markers so I pulled out my Marvy LePlumme Markers to do a bit of watercoloring. I stamped the lovely Daisies (506-05) stamp on RN Watercolor Paper with Ranger Jet Black Archival Ink. I then applied my Markers to a pallet, and used my paintbrush and water to color in the image.

Once my colored image was colored I cut the image out with one of the NEW RN Nested Square Stitched Dies (5005D). I put the panel on the side, and cut a piece of yellow cardstock from the NEW RN Nested Rectangle Stitched Dies (5007D) which I cut in half diagonally, and then cut a 1/4" off of both sides. I layered the triangle pieces on my cream cardstock, stamped one of the sentiments in the Best Friends Etc. Stamps Set (3032) with Memento Tuxedo Black in the lower right hand corner. The colored Daisies panel was added to the center of my card with 3D Foam Tape. I finished the card with three (3) cream colored enamel dots in the upper left hand corner.

Challenges entered ...

The Rubbernecker Stamps Challenge #15 is live. Hop on over for all of the details, and then join in the FUN for a chance to WIN an amazing prize!

Until next time ... Enjoy!

Beautiful card! I'm looking forward to hearing about the retreat you went to. I wish I were able to go. I even missed the Mega Meet in Michigan this year...so sad :( Hugs, Robin
