Love You ...

Of the three cards I made today this was the easiest.  I really enjoyed playing along with the Just Us Girls Sketch Challenge #70 this week.

I will be giving this Valentine to my son.

It was very simple to put together once I figured out what I wanted to do.

I used my Cuttlebug Love Language Emboss Folder & Cutting Die to create the embossed paper, and the sentiment.  I used the Chipboard Heart from Darice again, but this time I used an embossing brush with Studio G Chalk to get that lovely pink color.  I then pulled out some Paper Studio Black Ribbon, the Doily and punched red cardstock with the EKS 2-1/4" Scallop Circle, and layered them all together.

Products used ...
Paper:  Bazzill
Ink:  Studio G Chalk
Other:  Darice Chipboard Heart Tag, 4" Wilson Doily, and Paper Studio Black Ribbon
Tools:  Cuttlebug Love Language Emboss Folder & Sentiment Cutting Die,
EKS 2-1/4" Scallop Circle, Darice Embossing Brush,
All Night Media 1/4" Pop Dots,
Quickie Glue Pinpoint Roller Pen, and Adhesive

Here’s to hoping that my interpretation of the sketch provides you with some inspiration to go forth and create!
