Sassy Studio Design has a Halloween Challenge over at Paper Craft Planet. They gave us a couple of Sassy Vampire's to work with, and I chose to use Vampire Rosalie.
I colored Rosalie with my Copic Markers, fussy cut her out and added sparkle to her hair and outfit with Spica Pens. Hope you can see the shimmer!
