I created this card for my daughter, Katie, to give to her grandfather for his birthday. Several different elements were used in my design, but first let me show you the card.
I embossed the the white panel with hearts, and added the sentiments from Cuttlebug's Love Language Embossing Folder & Die Set. Here is a close-up to show off the little hearts behind Bailey, and it also shows the 3-D effect I created by popping up the heart.
The inside was finished using stamps from Paper Smooches, and one of the dies from the set. Once I was done I realized that I spelled "Grandpa" incorrectly. My hubby said that it was perfect for Katie. I will use the same stamps to add her name, and then let her add her own touch before sealing the envelope.
If you would like to know how you can get "Bailey Bear Valentine" for yourself, head on over to Crafter's Digital Art Center [CDAC] for all the details.
I'm also submitting my design for the Embossing & Debossing Challenge in the Moxie Fab World as part of the "Cool Tools Weekly Challenges", and Sentimental Sundays Challenge #87 ~ Dry Embossing.
Until next time ... Enjoy!
