Sassy Halloween Blog Hop, Part I ...

Welcome ladies to the 1st day of our Spooktacular Sassy Studio Designs Blog Hop / Weekend Release Party.  If you arrived by way of Robin, you are in the right place.  However, if you just happened by today you should head over to the Sassy Studio Designs Blog to start at the beginning, because you really don't want to miss seeing the Spooktacular projects created by the Design Team.

The Design Team is playing "Halloween BINGO", and I hope you will play along with us.  I would truly love to see your projects  Make sure you get all the details about our "Halloween BINGO" from the SSD Blog

For my BINGO you will be seeing ...

Blood, Ghosts, Free Space [fence], Tombstones &
a Spiderweb

This Sassy Halloween Lady can be no other than Vamp Slayer, and we have Regan to thank for this beauty.  I'm guessing that Regan is as big a fan, as my hubby is, of Buffy the Vampire Slayer ... he even watched the re-runs once the series ended. LOL!

I colored our Sassy Vamp with Copic Markers, fussy cut her out and set her aside.  The background was designed around the tombstones clip art I found at Microsoft.  The ghosts are from Lawn Fawns Happy Haunting stamps set, the spiderweb is from Avocado Arts Thankful for You stamp set, and the ground covering was created with Tanner Bell Designs Diamond/Chevron Grunge stamp set.  Add in the Leafy Branch and Rounded Fence dies from Memory Box, and you have the perfect background for Vamp Slayer.  The blood was created with Red Stickles, and I added some Glossy Accents to the center of her eyes.

Now for a closer look at our Vamp Slayer ...
Copic Markers:  E51, E00 & E11 (skin), E37, E53, E33, E51 & E50 (hair), BG01, BG05 & BG02 (top),
E07, E09 & YR24 (pants), C7 & C3 (belt), E35 & E57 (boots), E19 & W0 (stakes)

Now head over to see Star's Spooktacular creation. Remember to stop by the SSD Blog for all of the details about the "Halloween BINGO", and what you can win for playing along with us. Then go directly to the SSD Store to grab your new Halloween stamps, and then check out all of the other lovely Digital Images that are available.

The Design Team will be partying over at the SSD Party Blog tonight starting at 6:00 PM PST.

Thank you for hopping with us, and I hope you have a marvelous weekend!

Until next time ... Enjoy!

Love how the glossy accents makes her eyes shimmery & the way the branch is behind her almost looks like a crown. I don't know if that was intentional or not but I like the effect.
