Good morning! It's Monday, and there is only 1-wk until Santa arrives! I am soooo NOT ready for this! Between working on my holiday cards, design team work and gifts for Katie's educational team and bus drivers, I have fallen behind in getting my shopping done. Thankfully, Katie still has school until Thursday so I have a couple more days to run around and finish up. Enough of that! :)
I have a new Love to Create Challenge to share with you today. Challenge #46 is sponsored by QKR Stampede and Dearie Dolls Digi Stamps, and this weeks Theme is "Winter FUN".
My first card features the adorable Cross Country Skiing Digi7105 Stamp from QKR Stampede. I colored the Penguin with my Copic Markers, and fussy cut him out. The background is a recycled holiday card I got last year that I layered on some foil DP, and Neenah Solar White cardstock. Quick and easy card.
My second card features this lovely Winter Scene Digi-Stamp by Dearie Dolls! I printed two of these lovely, colored one with my Copic Markers, cut them out, layered them on the second copy that I applied various distress inks to, added the blue mat, and the final touch was to apply my stickles. Final step was to add my matted Winter Scene to the background, and apply some Want2Scrap Pearls.
For a chance to win some awesome Prizes, link up your "Winter FUN" project at Love to Create Challenge Blog. Don't forget to check out what the other talented ladies created while you're there.
Until next time ... Enjoy!
