Carrie was colored with my Copic Markers and fussy cut out, and cut down for my circle background. My flower is of the "Bling" kind, and the lovely chipboard hearts are from American Krafts plus a bling heart. Today's design is based on a sketch that I recently found ... Graphicat Sketch's #20.
I'm also entering this card to the Sweet Stamps Challenge #102 ~ Valentine or Love.
