I pulled out a couple of my new stamps for today's card ~ Garden Bouquet (J146) and Happy Birthday Script (CL-F216). The flower's were colored with my Copic Markers, colored rhinestones were added to the center of the flowers and the bow, and a White Gelly Roll Pen was also used. My design is based on the Graphicat Sketch #23 (shown below).
