This adorable image is called KIDZ - Girl Balloon, and she was so FUN to color. I actually printed a couple copies of the image, proceeded to color the entire image, then decided to color the shirt, hat, hair-tie and balloon and paper-piece them onto the image to add some dimension. Copic Markers and Chalk Pencils were used for coloring.

My design was inspired by the current Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2 with a "Twist" ~ use any of the previous sketches and the "Twist" is paper-piecing. Once of my favorite techniques. As stated above I colored and paper-pieced portions of the image. I used Sketch #4, which I flipped.
