Happy Birthday ...

Good morning! I'm hosting the Artbymiran Blog today and the card I created features the lovely Digital Stamp called Tulipa!

Tulipa is another stunning image that you can find in the Artbymiran Etsy Store, 

and she was perfect for a Birthday Card to send to one of my nieces.

It's been ages since I made a step-card, but this beauty was just calling for one.

I printed Tulipa a second time, colored the tulips, fussy cut them out,

and popped them up for a 3-D effect. 

I also added Micro Dot Twinkle Stinkers on top of the design paper, 

and Liquid Pearls to the bubbles.
