This guy is so FUN that I just had to make a birthday card with him.
He was colored with Copic Markers. I hand cut the oval
by tracing a oval Nestabilities Die around the image,
leaving part of the image hanging over the edge.
Once done Distress Ink was applied around the edges.
The sentiment is one of many available in the
Whimsy Clearly Simple Sentiments Stamp Set.
