This fun guy is called Going Fishing (digi13209) and is one of many
 images available by QKR Store.

Copic Markers were use to color the image, and I paper-pieced the

boy in front of the sign to add a bit of dimension to 

my CAS design. Distress inks were used to create

 the sky background and over the dotted gravel.
