This adorable girl is called Sweet Cheeks and is one of many beautiful

 images that you will find at Artbymiran.

After printing this beauty she was colored with Copic Markers, fussy cut her out 

and layered on the background I created with scrap design paper.

It doesn't really show in the picture, but I used a Clear Star

Gelly Roll Pen on the sheer top and the stars.
