This lovely lady is called Chelsea Hugging Legs, which is one of many lovely images available over at Make it Crafty. Copic Markers is the medium used for coloring Chelsea, and distress ink was applied to create the flooring. The sentiment is from the MFT Spring Tulips set and a perfect match for this image. The final touch was to add some enamel dots. I love how it draws the eye to the image.
