Good morning! It's hard to believe that my first term as a House of Cards Designer is coming to an end. We are saying farewell to some of our DT Members and feel so grateful to those staying on. To say goodbye and thank you, we're celebrating with a Blog Hop! You should have arrived from Rocky. However, if you just arrived make sure you head on over to House of Cards so you can start at the beginning. This hop will run from June 1st at 6:00 AM CST through June 15th at Noon CST, any card style is welcome and we've got a gorgeous photo inspiration for your crafting enjoyment!
We have several fabulous Sponsors who generously offered prizes for the Hop! Make sure you leave a comment at each person's blog along the way because the prizes are hidden, and we'll be doing random drawings from the blogs where the prizes are hidden! After you're done, make a creation to share with us for another chance to win!
Now for my creations ...
My first card features one of the Roses in Deedee's Digis Rose Regards Collection.
I printed several copies of the Rose, colored with my Copic Markers, and layered them to create a 3D Rose.
The flourish die behind the Rose was cut out of Eclectic Vintage Printable Papers, Honeyed Berry. Layered on vintage cream cardstock with the sentiment and enamel dots, and added to my card.
My second card features the adorable Puppy Peaking (H264S) and coordinating Peaking In Sentiment (E865S) from Great Impressions.
I love how great these stamps are! You get a clean and crisp image the first time you add ink to them. Copic Markers were used to color the image, and distress ink was applied for the sky background. I layered the image on French Roast and Vintage Cream cardstock, added the sentiment and colored in the leaves. The final touch was to add Buttercup Liquid Pearls to the center of the flowers.
My third and final card was created with the Eclectic Vintage Printable Papers, Magenta Damask and image from Inspired by Stamping Vintage Digital Printables.
I printed the Magenta Damask 1, layered the digital paper on vintage cream cardstock, added the decorative Pearls and one of the images in the Vintage Digital Printables to the center with 3D foam squares.
Your next stop in the hop is Tammy!
Don't forget to leave a comment on each post along the hop, and then link up a project with us after completing the hop for an extra chance to win a Mystery Prize from one of our fabulous Sponsors.
Until next time ... Enjoy!
