Happy Birthday ...

Good morning again! It's time for a new Challenge over at the Great Impressions Blog. 

This month our challenge is called "Blinged Birthday". 

I created a feminine birthday card featuring one of our newest stamps ... Stylistic Peacock (H285) along with the Birthday Sentiment (B247). 

I stamped the lovely Stylistic Peacock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, and proceeded the color the image with my Copic Markers and Gelly Roll Glitter Pens. Nestabilities Dies where used to cut out the image and scalloped background. Tim Holtz Distress Inks were applied around the image with a dauber. I then pulled the colors from the Peacock for my background, where I embossed a panel, added some Want2Scrap Bling, stamped the Birthday Sentiment sentiment and then popped the Stylistic Peacock panel on with 3D Foam Squares.
