When Life Gives you Lemons ...

Good afternoon! It's the first of the month, and time for a New Challenge over at the House of Cards! 
This month we have a Theme/Color Challenge for you ... use Fruit/Drink images and/or the Colors in our Inspiration Photo to create your project this month.

I went with Fruit for my project ... 

I created my own slice of lemon using Nestabilities Circle Dies with white and yellow cardstock, and 1/4" strips of MFT Lemon Drop cardstock with a brad in the center.

My sentiment is from a very old stamp set which I stamped on Vellum paper with StazOn Jet Black Ink, and I then used clear glue to adhere it over my lemon.
