Good afternoon. I'm back today with another card featuring Rubbernecker Stamps.
Today's card I'm sharing a Sneak Peak at one of the NEW Stamp Sets (#3009) that will be Releasing in Mid-March. The NEW Sets are Clear Stamps and they come with Coordinating Dies (#3009D)! Awesomeness!!!
I decided to do some watercoloring for today's card so I pulled out my Rubbernecker Water Color Paper, Marvy LePlume Markers, paint brush and water. First, I stamped one of the flower pots on my paper, then added the stem, flowers, and green moss at the top of the flower pot. To get the green moss I inked a portion of one of the stamps (see picture below). The ground cover was created with one of the stamps, and distress ink. I also popped a couple flower in there.
I then stamped several flower pots and flowers, colored them in, and then cut them out with the coordinating dies. I paper-pieced the first flower pot flush against the floral design, and used 3D Foam squares to add the others. I layered the Black Stitched Scalloped Frame over my background, added the sentiment, and popped the flowers on with 3D Foam Square. Using 3D Foam Tape I added my design to my cardbase.
