Good afternoon. Today I'm popping in to share some inspiration for the NEW Rubberneckers Stamps Challenge #8 ~ Mother's Day.
I love this adorable Teddy Bear (895-05) and think he is perfect for a Mother's Day card. He was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink a couple of times. Copic Markers were used to color the bear, and Colorless Blender was added to a piece of Burlap which I blotted over the bear to add texture. After this dried, I fussy cut the bear out and put him on the side. Next I added color to the flower on the other copy of the stamp, and used one of the circles in the Small Frame Dies Set (950D) to cut it out. Tim Holtz Mowed Lawn was applied under the bear to create grass and Tumbled Glass was applied for the sky. I then paper-pieced the colored bear using a combination of adhesive and 3D Foam Squares.
We have some awesome inspiration for the NEW Challenge over at the Rubbernecker Blog. The prizes are amazing so I hope you stop by for all of the details, and then join in the FUN!

One of the Best Friends Etc Sentiments (3032) was added to white cardstock that was embossed with an impression plate from Papertry Ink. A couple strips of design paper scraps were added to the panel, and layered on my cardbase. Another circle was cut out using the same cardstock as the cardbase and added under the Teddy Bear (895-05) panel then popped on my background with 3D Foam Tape. The final step was to add a white pearl in the center of the flower.
Here is a closer look at the adorable teddy bear ...
