Friendship is ...

Good afternoon. I have a friendship card to share with you today featuring Rubbernecker Stamps.

I recently picked up the Neat & Tangle Hoop Die, and new it was perfect for the lovely Create a Garden Set 3 (3002). Using the friendship sentiment from the set I stamped it with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink in the center of a piece of vintage cream cardstock I cut out with a circle die. I cut out the Hoop Die from DCWV Metallics Silver paper, and placed it over the circle panel. I then used one of the flowers from the set and stamped it around the sentiment with Memento Rose Bud Ink. White dots were placed in the center of the flowers with a White Gelly Roll Pen.

Next up was to create the panel for behind my Hoop. Using a Heidi Swapp Stencil I sponged the circles with Rose Bud Ink onto a piece of vintage cream cardstock, and around the edges. I also added a bit of Tim Holtz Tumbled Glass Distress Ink. The decorated hoop was centered and layered onto the background with 3D Foam Tape, and then I added pink twine thru the hoop and locked it behind my stenciled background. This was then layered onto my Vintage Cream cardbase with 3D Foam Tape.
