Good afternoon. I hope your New Year is going smoothly so far. I have a NEW Challenge to share with you featuring Rubbernecker Stamps. This fortnight our Challenge #26 is Love is in the Air.
I made a wedding card for today's challenge. I started with the lovely First Dance which I stamped with Jet Balck Archival Ink onto watercolor cardstock. I added Marvy LePlumme II Markers to my pallet, and used a brush and water to color the image. Once dry I cut the image out using one of the RN Nested Rectable Stitched Dies. Next, I used the RN Nested Rectable Stitched Dies to cut out my background from Authentique Faith Collection. Tim Holtz Vintage Photo Distress Ink was applied to all of the pieces and layered on my vintage cream card. The sentiment is part of the Best Friends Etc. Stamp Set which I stamped using jet black ink on rustic cream cardstock, and distressed the edges before adhereing it to my card. Wink of Stella was applied to the brides dress, and I added some enamel dots to complete the card.
I love the vintage feel of my card. Here's another look ...
Hop on over for to the Rubbernecker Blog for all of the details about the Challenge, and then join in the FUN for a chance to WIN an amazing prize!
